                        <title>OSF HealthCare announces leadership transition at OSF St. Joseph Medical Center</title>

OSF HealthCare is grateful for her contributions to the Ministry and the Bloomington-Normal community.</span></p><p><span>To ensure continued strong leadership and seamless operations, Derrick Frazier, FACHE, will assume the role of president of OSF St. Joseph Medical Center in addition to his current position as president of OSF HealthCare Saint James–John W. Albrecht Medical Center in Pontiac, Illinois. These responsibilities are not new to him, as he previously served as interim president of OSF St. Joseph. He will report to Jennifer Junis, interim chief executive officer of the Eastern Region for OSF HealthCare.</span></p><p><span>“Derrick is a highly respected leader who brings a strong track record of operational excellence and a deep commitment to our Mission,” said Junis. “His leadership will ensure continued stability, alignment and momentum as we build on the strong foundation already in place at OSF St. Joseph.”</span></p><p><span>In this expanded role, Frasier will focus on strengthening alignment with systemwide strategy for OSF Healthcare while continuing to advance high-quality, cost-effective care for patients in the Bloomington-Normal community.                         <title>OSF Saint James Medical Center names new president</title>

Albrecht Medical Center effective June 19.</p><p>In his new role, Frazier will lead OSF Saint James in aligning with the overall OSF HealthCare strategy. He will be responsible for directing internal operations at OSF Saint James and ensuring high-quality, cost-effective, and safe health care is consistently delivered.</p><p>He most recently served as chief executive officer at Morehouse General Hospital in Bastrop, Louisiana. Prior to that, he served as chief executive officer at Homer Memorial Hospital in Homer, Louisiana. Frazier earned a Bachelor of Science in biology from Savannah State University in &nbsp;Georgia. He went on to earn a Master of Health Service Administration from Armstrong State University.</p><p>Frazier replaces Brad Solberg who retired in March. Liz Davidson, DNP, RN, has been serving as the interim president for OSF Saint James. She will continue to serve as vice president and chief nursing officer for OSF Saint James.</p>]]></description><category><![CDATA[OSF,news,exclude,OSF HealthCare,OSF Saint James,Derrick Frazier]]></category>
