OSF HealthCare, OrthoMidwest to open new Orthopedics Clinic

OSF HealthCare announced another step in its commitment to clinical excellence with the signing of a clinical co-management agreement with OrthoMidwest, PLLC to offer aligned orthopedic patient care in the southwest suburbs of Chicago.

The goal of this partnership is to elevate the quality, efficiency, and safety of orthopedic care by integrating clinical and administrative leadership, as well as to bolster resources with a focus on total joint care and surgery, as well as spine surgery.

Steven J. Fineberg, MD, joins the team in August with expertise in spinal fusion, arthritis, neck pain and spine problems. He will begin accepting new patients Aug. 13, 2024. James D. Buschbach, MD, will focus on total joint repair and other joint concerns and joins the team in September. He will begin accepting new patients Sept. 19, 2024.

OrthoMidwest, PLLC was formed in 2023 when Chicago-based Midwest Orthopaedics at Rush and Rockford-based OrthoIllinois aggregated as a group without private equity-backing.
