POINTCORE Construction Joint Venture Launched
CORE Construction and POINTCORE Construction are pleased to announce the opening of their new office at 601 SW Water Street in downtown Peoria.

Our relocation to downtown Peoria is part of our full alignment with our newest partner, OSF, to fulfill our respective goals, values and missions in the communities we serve. In early May, POINTCORE Construction, a joint venture between OSF HealthCare and CORE Construction, was launched. POINTCORE Construction will also be headquartered in the 601 SW Water Street location with 22 OSF Mission Partners serving in design and construction roles transitioning to POINTCORE Construction.
By aligning construction needs with a single partner, OSF HealthCare will be able to better assure consistent quality standards, allow greater speed and better cost control for OSF projects.

POINTCORE Construction leadership is in the process of working with local contractors to introduce the team and discuss specifics of how the new joint venture will work.
