The former HeartCare Midwest building at 5405 N Knoxville Avenue in Peoria received its new signage on Wednesday, August 3. HeartCare Midwest is now OSF HealthCare Cardiovascular Institute. The name changed July 1, but the signage wasn’t official until Wednesday.

The heart care team at OSF HealthCare Cardiovascular Institute, as well as its commitment to excellence and innovation in cardiovascular care, remains the same. Only the name has changed.

OSF HealthCare Cardiovascular Institute offers coordinated, integrated care and is supported by more than 65 physician experts, specializing in every aspect of cardiovascular care throughout the OSF HealthCare Ministry.
