Forbes names OSF as one of America’s Best Employers for healthcare professionals

OSF HealthCare has been named to the inaugural Forbes list of America’s Best Employers for Healthcare Professionals 2025, earning a spot as one of only 250 organizations nationwide to be honored.

The recognition is based on an independent survey conducted by Forbes and Statista, which gathered input from more than 17,000 U.S. employees working for health care and social welfare providers with at least 1,000 employees nationwide. The survey considered more than 300,000 employer evaluations collected over the past three years, highlighting organizations that demonstrate excellence in workplace culture, employee satisfaction, and commitment to health care professionals.
