OSF HealthCare launches clinical trials website

OSF HealthCare Cancer Institute has launched a new website listing open clinical trials. The page can be found at https://breakthrough.osfhealthcare.org/clinical-trials/.

The site offers search capability that allows people to learn what type of cancer the clinical trial focuses on, and what phase the trial is currently in.

With a commitment to top-tier research and cancer clinical trials, OSF HealthCare brought on Jun Zhang, MD, PhD, vice president of Oncology Research. Dr. Zhang, under the leadership of James McGee, MD, president and founding director of OSF Cancer Institute, will lead the expansion of clinical trial offerings at OSF Cancer Institute in Peoria.

As of late May 2026, nearly 10 clinical trials are accepting new patients, and more expected to launch in the coming months.

This website launch will help reduce anxiety and stress for people who are looking for cancer resources, providing them an opportunity of hope, in what can be one of the most challenging times.
