After a multi-year process, the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly, or OSF PACE, has officially launched for the Greater Peoria region.

The state of Illinois and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) have awarded OSF HealthCare a contract to be one of the first in the state to offer Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE).

OSF HealthCare has applied to join the State of Illinois in launching the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE). 

OSF HealthCare will leverage its innovative new care models and build on experience serving older, frail adults in their homes and community through a state initiative.
